Tried to surprise the wife with a bikini wax but she woke before I was done.
The results came in yesterday, NOT cancer! 1st real sleep I’ve had in the past year was last night!
The lymph node they removed was about 4 times the size it should have been, said it was from a viral infection probably.
Like listening to the weatherman.
The feeling so sick right now was from 2 surgeries back to back and the lasting effects of the good knock out drugs.
My aunt had the amputation today. Below the knee. Any ideas on something I could do for her? Her family has meals, transportation, recovery, etc. covered. I’m trying to think of something that would be comforting or pampering.

A bunch of her favorite music downloaded on an I- pod? Always takes a person back to happier times.......unless she was a big dancer. Thats not meant to be crass or sarcastic. Just an important point that could cause it to backfire.
I use Lantus Solostar which is a 300 unit pen. That is 13 days for me so two pens would be 26 days so the other three pens are not going to be used until after 28 days are waste

It’s my understanding that they are good for 28 days at room temperature, but they didn’t spend 28 days at room temp, just a couple (?) days, then you popped them in the fridge. I am definitely not a pharmacist, but I think that couple days only shortened the normal, refrigerated shelf life by a few days.

Again, your mileage may vary, not available in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, etc. etc.
it read 79 degrees in the interior

Bud, not sure what “flavor” your insulin is, but Lantus, Humalog, Apidra, Novalog, Fiasp, Humulin N, Levemir, and Tresiba are all good for at least 28 days at room temp. I suspect that if you have one of these and got it into fridge as soon as you got it, you’ll have even more storage time.

Still stinks about FedEx, though.
I hate FedEx. I get insulin shipped by ExpressScripts which is the military pharmacy. It was sent via FedEx on Thursday for Friday delivery in a Styrofoam shipping container. Insulin has to be kept between 32and 36 degrees. The driver couldn't find my order on his phone fill out a refusal form so knowing it was going to mysteriously found in a ditch some time in the future, I took it in. I stuck a meat thermometer in

FEDEX is One Sorry-Ass POS Company. They left a $1300.00 Ham Radio, in a Cardboard Box, 200 Feet from The Front Door, In Wet Grass, hidden behind the Street Light Stanchion. Left No Notice. Found it Three Days after "Delivery", after tracking the Item. Luckily, Radio was Double Boxed, and Within, it was in a Plastic Bag. Another biopsy tomorrow, bigger sample from the other side of her neck lymph node, this one is done under a X-ray machine or cat scan

me. Well, I saw about 80% of it. So strange. There's more coming out in a month or two from Natalia's viewpoint. You should start a thread.
Prayers are needed for me.
With much hesitation and sleepless nights I reached a hard decision. I never wanted to go here nor am I proud of my actions.
I shaved my beard off.
