We just grazed.
WBGB was over and we just forgot about our supper while we chased her around the house.
She's a handful!

I think I'm making a steak sub. Found a neat trick - slice queso on the cooked meat & onions - nuke it till it melts, then ladle into the bun.

Handload posted a recipe for Prosciutto-wrapped Chicken: over on the recipe page. (He posted it under the tile of "here is one of Mel's) Its past the Scotch Eggs. Pretty simple to make.

It's a must try. Verdy Verdy Gooid.

Okay! Starting an Argy Bargy: What flavor You like Your Barbeque Sauce?

Just reviewed Heinz' Sampler: Kansas Style (the one I am most Familiar with) seemed best.

Buuut, Hawaiian seemed quite good, almost as wonderful as the Kansas Style!

And Carolina's Mustard based Sauce was both different, and Yummily!

Least appealing by a bit, was the Memphis style - just seemed "jarring", not enhancing....

Go!
