What's for Dinner?

We went out today and had a seafood dinner for lunch. We both had so much leftover, we brought home more than we normally would eat for a meal. So... for dinner, I'm using the broiled shrimp, sauteed scallops, and fried clams to make a spinach alfredo, with a side of grilled blackened grouper. Salads out of the garden and garlic cheddar biscuits and stick a fork in us, we're done for the day.

The knife is my special knife. Wife keeps wanting to send it to good will. It lives in the cupboard above the stove in its block, along with my other special knives. They are special because they be sharp and draw blood to the unsuspecting hands.
