Too hot out to do much today so I stayed inside and waxed cheese. Wife and I love sharp Cheddar, buying it in bulk and waxing it allows us to store it and never be out of our favorite snack. Best part is the cheese continues to age and becomes even sharper with age, properly stored waxed cheese can last 20 years and more

Checked stock of Breathing Masks, prepared old standby CPAP machine for Wife to use when Siberian Wildfire Smoke gets here. Approx T-10 Days!!!

Both My, and Standby, CPAP machines have intake filters, and water humidifier chambers, which will help a bit to reduce Smoke-induced breathing difficulties at Night.

For Daytime, while hiding out indoors, I have Two Electrostatic Air Filter Fan units. Will have to balance Smoke removal against Ozone production (by-product of Electrostat Particulate Removal)

Also checked ALBUTEROL (asthma med) stocks to help if any of us suffer breathing distress.

Just me? Or do those sound remarkably similar to upscale bongs?

Cracked open a couple of bee hives to take a peek at the production line.

One hive is almost ready for another honey super. This will be the second extraction of the year.

The other was split from the first hive, this past Spring.
I set another deep hive body on it so they can have room to expand.
It was getting close to being crowded in there and I don't want it to swarm.

I'm hoping for another good honey crop this year.
