this lil bag is the tank bag for a triumph motorcycle. came with backpack padded straps, sling strap, and the 4 magnets sewn in the back will support its weight. normal load out is 28lbs. if i cant get home with what i got in it, they is a huge issue.......

I'm not busting anyone's* balls to much, but has everyone forgot the gouging committed against us by sportsman's? CTD is another one I see weaseling their way back in to the wallets of consumers. Assholes nearly as much af Olympic arms and their stupid ar15 pistol that forever changed things. Thompson, I'm calling you out next. How quickly we forget. Full disclosure- I have been told more than once I'm bad at holding grudges.

I don't remember SG gouging. What did I miss?

Never used Sportsman's Guide before...

I have all my gear out of the car. Been planning on repacking everything. Probably turn my "Active Shooter" bag that usually stays in can into a "Neighborhood defense" bag. (Its a bug out bag from LA Police gear)

Maybe a project for tomorrow.

Side note: Anyone use the 40rd 5.56 P-Mags? Been thinking of getting three. Could add an "extra mag" onto my on-person setup without actually adding an additional mag.

I'm having difficulty finding evidence of sportsman's guides specific crimes, but they were at least 299/can on 855 back during the scare. Plus I have a personal grudge with them over my p30t. Bought a gun on sale, got sent wrong gun, refunded after a month, wouldn't sell me the gun I bought at the now expired sale price.

Like was mentioned above, they are hard to use in the prone. My first mag up is a Magpul D60.

I have two P-Mags tied together with a coupler, that I sometimes load up as a first. It makes the "pistol" really damn heavy. I'm like...this short lil AR weighs a friggin' ton.

The extra length of the 40rd is what is keeping me away. I'll probably just pass on the idea.

Maybe use the 40 rd. for home/urban where you may not have to go prone?
I just (yesterday, actually) loaded the two 40-rounders I'd been sitting on for quite a while. I'm not going for my AR first in a home defense situation, but if that time comes, I don't expect that going prone will have a place here. Having some "extra" rounds in the mag would be great, though.

As far as GHB contents, I don't have a firearm or loaded mag(s) in it, as it sometimes accompanies me into the office. I do, however, have one box each of 9mm and 5.56 (30rd) to top off whatever I might have in the vehicle for whatever reason.
