I mean, the first 9 are noble goals, I'm just horrified at how they want to get there. Look, we all want to live in star trek fantasy land of peace on earth. That's just not a likely objective while religion is in the way. Until Messiah returns and proves who was right and who is wrong, that ain't gonna happen. Scary part- maybe we're ALL right. Maybe God jdgaf about man's petty squabbles and its an experiment. Maybe God has more names than existing religions. Maybe we're completely wrong about the meaning of life. But fuck it, let's just keep killing each other for another millennium.

Goal 7. Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all. Back to the Dark Ages, bitches.

I see at least 3 mutually exclusive goals on that list. For Democrats, "mutually exclusive" means you can't have both; only one or the other. And generally speaking, when you choose - you don't have an easy time later on, if you change your mind.

As for the elephant in this thread, the UN is the most USELESS and UNnecessary body of "experts" on the planet.
