I'll likely be looking farther afield than that. Something that will store and hold a charge for 2/3 months would be considerably more interesting to me.

BulbHead offered the "Atomic Lighter" some Years back. We bought Two. Forget how much We paid. Same tech (I suspect same Mfgr) in a heavy Aluminum case. Looks tough. Has survived several drops onto hard surfaces and soft. Keeps some charge (no way to evaluate state of charge) and operates, after 6 Months or more neglect.

Not a bad option. I have one for kitchen duty. Always works doesn’t leak. Holds a decent amount of butane.

Just hand out nice CB whips (108 Inches of Stainless Steel) , with a pretty Rainbow, or "Resist", or Antifa Flag on top, as the Thunderclouds approach...

9 volt battery and a piece of .030 ss lockwire. get one of the solar chargers and rechargeable 9 volt batts. wrap the wire round the large post curving a 3" piece out straight. touch that to other post. wire instantly glows red. nothing fancy. but most those lighters you fill with butane dont usually live past the second fill before the valve screws up or the seals go. unless its over 100$ lighter......

It could be free and I still wouldn't pay for it. I feel about this the same way I feel about an optic on your primary firearm that requires a battery. Why should you have to have a charge on something to start a fire. That's just asinine.
