New to us fall favorite, Pumpkin Dutch Oven Cobbler...
Preheat oven to 350 or do with hot coals
Ingredients:
15 ounce can pumpkin puree
2 eggs
8 ounces evaporated milk
1 teaspoon each of nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla extract and pumpkin spice
1 package spice cake mix
8 ounces of lemon lime soda
Mix all ingredients except cake mix and soda and pour into a lined Dutch oven
Then top with the cake mix and evenly pour the soda on top...
Bake for approx 1 hour to 1 hr 15 minutes. Sprinkle brown sugar on top and let cool then serve with ice cream, whip cream, or buttercream frosting...
