New to us fall favorite, Pumpkin Dutch Oven Cobbler...

Preheat oven to 350 or do with hot coals

Ingredients:
15 ounce can pumpkin puree
2 eggs
8 ounces evaporated milk
1 teaspoon each of nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla extract and pumpkin spice
1 package spice cake mix
8 ounces of lemon lime soda

Mix all ingredients except cake mix and soda and pour into a lined Dutch oven

Then top with the cake mix and evenly pour the soda on top...

Bake for approx 1 hour to 1 hr 15 minutes. Sprinkle brown sugar on top and let cool then serve with ice cream, whip cream, or buttercream frosting...

Do you leave most of your cooking and food prep stuff there, or pack it in/out with you? My paranoid side tells me someone would steal everything, but my practical side tells me I wouldn't want to deal with the weight every time I came and went.
I have a "patrol box" that most of it goes into. I take it every time. Thankfully our camp is a quick walk from where we usually park. But it is a PITA every time loading/unloading at home. I'm working on some storage lockers that I could leave stuff in. Probably do that in the spring or early summer.
