I don't get it Op.. I don't know of things to indicate that. Enlighten me!Listened to his politics one time. That was back early in his career in the movies on one of the television talk shows. It was about the same time I put my television out into the parking lot of my apartment building, in 1974, so he may have mellowed in his views since, though I doubt it. Typical anti gun Hollywood bigmouth.

Oh ok, ok.
I can't put him in the category with Jane though. Maniac, that chick. I thought you meant he had made some real whack statements about stuff the way she has.
To each his own, no problem. But I got plenty other "stars" I'd skip watching (for example - Deniro, such an amazing actor but now has zero support from me).
Sly has never really taken a hard stance on anything enough to have much effect. So I call him indifferent, more than anything. He could be viewed as "just don't care" which doesn't say a lot for his status as a patriot in most of our minds here.
I'll put this here just for some recent commentary he has made.
While I believe he thinks it's funny that a lot of folks ASSUME he is a republican, he makes no effort to sway anyone to believe he is liberal either. He didn't vote last election, and says he ain't gonna this time.
