I use factory cords, must just have lousy solar battery banks... lol
I had bought some after market cords (cheapo) and was really surprised at how slow my phone was charging of tje battery bank so i switched to the factory cord and bam it sped up incredibly fast. I also noticed that some battery banks with dual charging ports have a slow speed charging port (5V/2.4A) and a high speed charging port (QC3.0), so there's that to look for as well...

I do need to get a folding solar panel for long term use. How many watts is the one you have Back40 and what do you like/dislike about it?

Yes?

Still haven't bought one yet but think it's a good idea I do.
I'm sorry. I never got back to post this. The one I have isn't available anymore, new models and shortages and all that jazz.

I wanted to get another one though to keep somewhere else and I've ordered this one:
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0834WYJ11/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It is the same kind I already have except it is 32,800 mAh instead of the 25,000 my current one is.

I've been very pleased with it. I just take it outside and lay it on the roof of the car for a few hours and it charges back up completely. Hint: leave a charging cord on it and drape the charging cord over your driver's door and around the door handle if it will reach. This prevents you from doing something slightly daffy like driving off with it on the roof of the car...

To charge the phone quickly, I do have to use the Samsung cord, but that holds true for quickly charging from anything. Don't know what the difference is, but there must be one.

I can also charge other things up with it. I've recharged my camera, my tablet, and a little flashlight.

I really like it.

I do have several of the chargers that you charge up electrically and then can discharge. I haven't found one that charges quickly at all. Usually takes more time with them plugged into the power supply than it does to recharge the solar one. The solar one does, however, depend on a good supply of sunshine. If that is a winter problem in your area, you might want to get a solar and an electrically charged unit.

Don't remember at the moment - I've had it for years and it's in one of the "camping gear" totes. I'll have to dig it out later.

Amazon.com: POWOBEST Solar Power Bank,Solar Phone Charger,20000mAh,Outdoor Portable Power Bank,Portable External Battery,Wireless Solar Charger, Solar Portable Charger,Solar Power Bank Portable Panel Charger : Cell Phones & Accessories

I've had this one (mine is a older mod) a few years now and it's done pretty good.
On a couple weekenders has kept 3 phones and several Vape mods running.
questions answered by the company is pretty honest as far as warning to charge with wall power before heading out because solar could take 40+ hours in strong light.

I have a "Portable" Suaoki 100 Watt Foldable Solar panel. Framed in, and Covered while in closed Configuration in Ballistic Nylon fabric, It looks like an Artist's Portfolio - Nearly 22 Inches Square when closed, and twice that when Open. Comes with several different adapters for Connection. There are a very Few Sorts of Solar Cells' Chemistry that are Readily available, and Surface Area dictates roughly How Much Wattage they can Collect for You at Peak InSolation. Tilt them away from Perpendicular to the Sun, Let them Get Old, Let Them Get Dirty, Let Clouds Interfere (Or Shadows from whatever) and their Capacity is reduced. 20211102_091015.jpg
