Just found this to rent on Amazon Prime. $16.99. Rumor has it that Netflix is going to pick it up.
Kevin Costner's dream Western epic.

Netflix did swoop in and "save" Costner by picking up all the movies.

Well, Chapter 1 was pretty long. Maybe too long for theaters, ya know? It was pretty well done, I thought. But it wasn't selling a "soap opera", like Yellowstone. Instead, telling the real stories of real things that happened in the move west. So the vignette style he uses is different in the context of a western. But I think it did work well. What I didn't like, was right at the end - where a lot of what looked like B roll got smashed together & run... It was only a few minutes but didn't do a lot for me no matter if it was intended as a segue to chapter 2 or not.
