I am down 40 pounds since last March. The dietician I have is impressed with my progress. In 2 weeks we have our last class and be graduated. Slow and steady - over 6 inches lost around the waist.

I think that is by far the best approach.
Small changes, step by step, that you can incorporate long term.

Drinking pickled peach juice for 30 days isn't the answer.

Doc visit went well. He was so happy with my progress that he asked if he could give me a hug. I said ok. 😊 We did not do a blood draw yet, he said he wants to wait 60 days so can see some real difference. I go back in about 30 days for another weigh in; then three weeks later for labs; week after that, next weigh in.

My plan today is chart out my weights program. I‘m back on the no processed foods plan today after a little break. I don’t expect to have large number weight loss again at the end of the month. My goal is 5 pounds, so we will see how it goes!

Got some decent miles hiking in today with a pack. Crazy how much better I am moving and how much better I feel. Not focused on pushing pace today, was out with the wife she'd hunting and playing outside.
