Haha! Good luck on the new diet! I feel better and sleep better since I found mine, hopefully you will too
We don't have a diet plan, as to this is what you eat and don't eat. It's mainly being aware of what you eat and how much. A program that is easily done on your own and the dietician is there to help you figure out problem areas. It's free so I figure it will be time well spent. I have already noticed some good changes in the 2 weeks that have passed, like you my sleep is getting better and I don't feel sluggish like I used to.

im just the opposite . and this makes no damn sense. all my numbers are good.
blood O2 level 99/100
weight 182 (gained 4 Lbs) with the weight gain i went from a 34" waist back down to a 32 inch waist.
BMI lest than 5% body fat
total cholesterol 150
HDL 65
LDL 60
triglycerides 100
doc in Winchester tells me i need to put on body fat for pump install. so i been on a bad food diet. I ate at waffle house 2 hrs before i had everything checked for Christ sakes. If i fast for 2 days, i will drop 6 to 8 lbs. the only damn thing im not eating fried is coffee and oatmeal.
im old. beat to shit. got more metal in me than most american cars now a days. still within 5 lbs of my weight at 18,lil thicker thru the neck and chest.
all i get told is either good genetics, which im a Mutt, old man used to take pleasure in telling me i was a accident in the backseat of a 42 ford, or high metabolic rate.
I do have situational blood pressure issues but last heart check/test even though my bp can bounce above 220 or down at 120, depending on how high pain level is, the cardiac guy that put my stents in years ago said im building muscle not loosing it in my heart. he cant put me on something to control BP, said if he controlled it when it was high I would bottom out and drop to low when it changed.
some one tell me how i can put on body fat. i cant find anything. and dr's cant tell me either. i asked.it makes no damn sense.

and the fed gvt even though it is dragging its ass on approving pump install, as is Nancy Mace on pushing and the hospital in Winchester VA, doing any fucking thing, even as simple as just calling me back with a status,
well the fed gvt just re approved the monthly steroid shots that took me 3 drs letters and 4 years to get taken off of. got the first battery of 8 shots today.

Anyone have experience/opinions on equipment like this?

https://smile.amazon.com/GoBeast-Pu...07282J2MZ/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8

I got an Amazon gift card from work that would cover the cost. My basement is the only place I can set up exercise equipment at present, and the ceilings are pretty low. I mainly want something for pull-ups, more trustworthy than the doorway-mounted bars, but additional capabilities are welcome.

Worked a while on the home gym today. Got the rower set up, and got my multistation gym all unboxed and organized, looks like it'll be a bit of a bear to put together.

I've hit of a bit of a plateau at 35 lbs down, but most of that has really only been diet and intermittent fasting. Been pretty active working on the house though too. Hoping I can start hitting weights and cardio hard soon and shift the needle again.

crap. i got to go the other way. surgeon said i need to put on body fat.. I been 175/180 since boot, more than a couple of years ago. ab muscles should have went away when lumbar was caged in 96. nope.WWOLF trying to figure out now how to fatten me up.for some reason my metabolic rate has refused to slow down with age, they going to try to put the pump back in, but they have reservations on whether it will stay or breach unless i gain fat.
You want to switch? I got plenty to donate
