No Speed contest, nor for "Bragging Rights" - is just a Hoop Ya gotta jump through. Might want to study General Material as well, as it is not much of a "step up" from the Tech License.
We have Here, on OTGF, quite a few Hams, New and Old, who are not on the air....🤣
