China in Africa - good background

This article has some good information; I don't always agree with author's conclusions - and it seems he's missing the proverbial elephant in the room - but that can be saved for discussion. This is kind of a long article; but USEFUL info.

Personal experience: The Chinese are the most naturally, and simultaneously the most fierce, Racists.

When the Blacks of Africa realize the above, can there be any doubt that the Chinese in Africa will get the same love, understanding and cooperation as the Whites in Africa?

Looks an awful lot like the Communist China is beginning to be playing a very Capitalist (can we say Imperialist?) role in the World?

Do we think that China will allow Purely Black Rule, or will China assign some Regional Rulers?

Will Africa (with or without China's help) ramp up Education fast enough to meet the needs of Modernization?

Can We expect the Chinese and the Africans to hew to Environmental Preservation wishes of the developed Countries? I bet the answer to this one is a resounding "NO!"

Yeah, I don't see it ending well either HL. Places like Zimbabwe - with hyperinflation; Somalia and other countries with a totally corrupt, criminal and dysfunctional government - and very little rule of law - just aren't going to be useful to the Chinese unless they conquer the whole continent, impose their culture and style of government, etc. Problem is, much of Africa is now some form of muslim - and that's not compatible with the Chinese systems.

How long before the do-nothing countries forming the majority of developed nations turn to the U.S. to "help" keep the indigenous cultures resist being overrun by the Chinese?

We're already inserting ourselves into African civil wars and trying to get rid of dictators.

The Chinese haven't systematically emasculated their young men. And, historically, they ain't squeamish, so the resistance is going to get creamed...
