Current RV is a used 2005 classC. We've had it going on 2 years. I'll try to keep it updated but as of now I need alot of repair money.
Heater is not working for me, not sure what it is.
Awning starting to tear. Have a bandaid on at the moment but will be a $500 repair.
Roof needs to be done, $1500. I bought the stuff for it yesterday on Amazon, less than$200 and I got a new skylight and shower faucet in that price.

I suggest you go over a used one. Things to check.
Does ac get cold
Does heat get hot
Range work? All the burners work?
Water heater
Water pump
Soft spots on the roof
How old is the roof
Is roof still white (good thing)
Is roof grey or black (bad)
Vent covers, fixtures in good shape
Seals around windows
Walls buckling, evidence of leaking

I'll add more as I think about it or problems arise.

Another "comfort" to add new or used purchase.
Tires. make sure the inflation kit is installed on a dual rear wheel Class C or D...

This at minimum.
Amazon.com: Kyostar Valve Stem Extenders, Double Tires Air Inflation Kit 6 Pieces Valve Extender Brass Adaptor 4 Pieces Brackets Universal Air Inflation Kit : Automotive

Preferred...
Amazon.com: Crossfire Dual Tire Pressure Equalization System, 110 PSI, one per pkg. (CF110STABT) : Automotive

Reason for this tip is I went to inflate tires and it's a bitch without. I kept forgetting to add this but I upgraded my tires this time.

I have a plan for the extenders, for sure. (y) And a new larger tire that works in all 6 spots. Plus a spare. So 7 identical tires total.

That second one...if you blow one tire, would that not let air escape from the other tire as well?

with either make damn sure you go to load range D tires. with either extender or equalizer style.and upgrade your shocks.is your genny powered by Gasoline or LP gas? your heater issue is probably gonna be from the core its self to the diverter valve could be a fuse if diverter valve is electric, and the cooling system could just be plugged depends how long it set before you bought it what powerplant do you have and transmission do you have?also if you dont have a tranny cooler, add one.......check

Exhaust is hot for heater so know it's burning propane... Warm air not coming out of vents. thinking it's the diverter valve, I can't find it though :ROFLMAO:
