Rolled into the house about 2AM EST today from Utah. WOW !!!! Such a beautiful part of our nation. Very thankful for the opportunity to see it. Zion was beautiful, but I think Bryce Canyon was beauty perfected.

Flying out to Las Vegas 1st thing Monday morning, then driving up to see the national parks in Utah. Zion, Bryce Canyon, etc. Can't wait !!!

Boiler is set up. About 60 gallons collected since yesterday. Enough to make a gallon of syrup. I'll start boiling tomorrow after work, just for a few hours. @Mattsn, I do sell some. I mostly just give it away for Christmas presents and as trade items. I make about 5-10gal a season.

Long dang day. Getting ready for syrup season. Trudging up and down the hill in my woods, fixing line and tapping trees. 53 taps in. Sap is running like crazy. I'll be boiling soon!!!
