That looks like how to make small batch, in my case 2 gallons, bourbon from the moonshine still.

Well, Hol's take on the process was if you weren't able to get REAL whiskey anywhere, if you were desperate enough, you might try it - you would get alcohol - but it still wouldn't be WHISKEY. I tend to agree with the fact that the "magic" just isn't possible this quickly or easily.

So, this also looks interesting and is a more traditional distilling process. Banana Rum!!!

Here’s a simple explanation of making a sugar shine, up to distilling it. A good base since so much can be made from it.
For scaling it, 2 lbs sugar to 1 gallon of water is a rule of thumb.
